XJS Vehicle maintenance

93 XJS convert. 4 L. engine - 90K miles. Looking at the Vehicle Maintenance schedule it says to renew the break fluid every 2 years. I looked in the break reservoir and the fluid did look dirty. I don't know how to change the fluid. Do I just suck out what is in the reservoir? or do I open the Rt rear break line and drain from there?
A combination of both? If there is bad fluid in the reservoir I don't want it in the rest of my system. I want to do this car right by doing the proper maintenance. It doesn't say anything about when to change the Oxygen sensor, but with 90K miles on it I'm going to change it also. I also bought a fuel filter, but the gas tank needs to be empty before changing it, I just filled up. I'm going to renew the coolant also, but I think I will change all of the hoses and fan belts first. I just installed rear shocks (4) and new tires.
Any input on the maintenaned would be appreciated.
Thank You, BarryE

There are basic steps to bleeding the brakes. 1st using a turkey baster, remove as much fluid as possible from the reservoir. Fill it with fresh fluid. Get a friends to sit in the car. Have him/her turn on the igntion. Open a rear right bleeder. Have your friend press on the brake pedal. Fluid will be forced out by the pump. Continue until clear fluid comes out. DO NOT LET THE RESERVOIR RUN DRY!! Repeat with the other rear wheel.

Now go to the front. Ignition off. Bleed them normally.

I can't stress enough, DO NOT LET THE RESERVOIR RUN DRY!!

Maynard, I used a turkey baster and removed all of the break fluid in the 1 chamber. How do I remove the fluid in the other 2 chambers? I thought of drilling 2 3/8" holes in the top of the reservoir so I could put a hose down into the other chambers and get the rest of the dirty fluid. My wife refuses to use the baster for turkey any more so I guess I will need to buy another one.
I don't want to take my Jaguar to the dealer, in SLC Ut, because they are not even smart enough to work on a Hyundai. They also sell / service Hyundais and my Daughter had problems with hers and took it there 6 times for the same problem and they couldn't fix it until I told them what the problem was. That's why I do my Jaguar maintenance myself.

You could try attaching a hose to the baster.Or, if that is not possible, just bleed it as is. Again, DON'T LET THE RESERVOIR RUN DRY.

When I was working at the Jaguar shop, I found that I spilled more fluid with a turkey baster than I was able to suck out because of the thin viscosity and had lots of clean up problems. So I built a special aspiration pump with a catch bottle for draining brake fluid. It's basically just like an aquarium pump that sucks on a rigid clear plastic bottle connected to a line going to the brake fluid tank. It takes about 15 seconds to drain the tank and doesn't spill a drop.

Hi gang, I got the breaks done, they were good before and still the same. I changed the O2 sensor and got improved gas milage. I also changed my Auto trans fluid/ filter. I bought some Amsoil sythetic, the ad sheet says that it lasts longer because it dosn't break down as easly at high temp like std fluid. I also put Amsoil gear lub in the rear axle. The only things I need to change is radiator hoses / anti-freeze, fan belts and the fuel filer.
I took it for a 60 mile drive and got average 27 mpg.
