Those are TR250-TR6 colors, much later than the ebay ad implies. For example, Piggott notes that a few very late TR4A were painted Valencia Blue, but Damson isn't even listed until 1969 (first year TR6). The "red" is probably Signal Red, which would be correct for later TR2-TR3B, but I don't think any of the others are. Even the white was a slightly different shade by then, "New White" rather than "Sebring White" or "Pearl White".

Yes, those swatch books seem quite period specific. I have a swatch set, not in book form but bound swatches, that also lacks most of the earlier model colors. (I paid only a few pounds for it, thankfully).

Having a good large-size sample of Conifer Green (a.k.a. "Triumph Racing Green", paint code 25) might be good also - since it was used on TR4/4A/5/250 cars as well as the TR6, and I've seen discussions where folks are having a hard time getting the shade just right. The two different names are for the same colour, according to Piggott (1998).

Conifer Green seems to have been eliminated after the 1969 cars, so this Ebay item is probably a 1969-only item. Some of the colours were, of course used in other years. The 1969 red is identified by Piggot as Signal Red (paint code 32), and is as used on TRs from the mid-50s.
