I recently restored a 72 TR6 that has triple Webers. Now there seems to be oil being forced from the pin hole in the valve cover cap. I've looked and looked and can find no other place it could be coming from. Oil pressure is extremely high, according to the gauge, at 50 lbs idling and up to 75 lbs as you accelerate.
What could be causing this? Could it be the weight oil? What is recommended? Could something be stopped up inside the engine? It concerns me and I'd like the leak fixed.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
