Apologies in advance if this post appears to be spam or offends. But I thought it would be a service to some lucky lister:
I'm planning some changes to my garage and thus I've decided to give up my KwikLift ramp system. If you haven't seen this cool unit before, it's a drive up ramp system that elevates with the aid of a hyd.jack and then safely locks in place so that you can creep under the car at a comfortable 30" below. You can read about it here: https:/www.kwiklift.com
I use it for all manner of routine maintenance on my Healey, less so for the Jag (not much to do down there). The Kwiklift cost me $1,200 delivered a few years ago. It's in perfect condition. I'll sell it for a song (inquire) to anyone willing to disassemble and pick it up - a very easy two-person, 20 minute job. I've a messed up back so I'm of little use in the process. You'll need a pickup or similar sized truckbed. Total weight is about 500 pounds. I live in the SF Bay Area, Oakland Hills.
Thought I'd offer it to listers first. Best offer takes it home.
