I don't do well searching this site.

Anyway, need to go see my paint guy with the paint codes for Olde English White - I'm pretty sure the one I want is the creamy one (like Jack's car?) My wife pcked it from an early Big Healey. Anyone have them at hand?

Miss Agatha is painted with:

DuPont owned "Nason" brand.
Urethane Ful-Thane 2K

97111IF - Ful-base B/C CC:A

Car: Rover
Code: 97111
Color: Old English White

Also has a hardner in it as well as clear coat and buffing.

I did my 58 in 1963 Ford Falcon white also known as whimbledon
white. I matched it to an original OEW panel from a 59 Mini.

Question? Does one of the numbers inside the doors signify the paint code. I think my 65 was Riveria Blue but am not sure.

No paint codes on the LBCs. Color was written in yellow on backs of dash boards on Bugeyes.

Get yourself a Heritage Certificate for your car if you want to know for sure. That will tell you the color it was when it left the factory

The numbers inside the door apparently don't mean anything at all, from what I heard.

If the car has never been stripped, the original colour should be easily seen on various places like under the dash, inside the trans tunnel, in the engine compartment near the transmission etc. I was surprised that mine after all the abuse, and six paint jobs, was still easily seen as green, even to the point of, at one time the rear body was replaced with a light blue section.
