Nothing else. I have a TR4A and have done this a few times (just a month ago to insert some large washers under the motor mounts to give me proper clearance b/t the fan hub and steering rack). Just watch two things. 1) use a piece of wood or a couple of 2 x 4s to evenly distribute the force of the jack across your full oil pan 2) just watch the upper rad hose connection as you jack. A couple of inches should be OK but, it can get rather "dicey" if you go several inches or more.
On side comment, I replaced my two front motor mounts a few years ago with HD mounts from BPNW and it completely transformed the feel of the entire car. So much NVH was gone it was a real unexpected benefit.
