Bentley cam position

My Bent manual is dry rot /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif right in the middle. Pg. 135 describes cam position to receive sprocket, Can someone fill-in some missing words?
"----milled cutaway" and " ----past four"
I read the "Aligning cam and sprocket" post and found GR8 info .
BTW thanks Bill for the past help
