A lesson hard learned:
Take the end caps off and remove all the
needle bearings. One cap at a time.
The bearings are all sitting in temporary
shipment grease. Clean the needle bearings
and reinstall into the end caps with quality
grease. Examine each end cap very closely as
you place it onto the spindle for pressing on.
The needle bearings easily pop out and you could
end up having to grind off the end caps because of
a slipped needle bearing.
