Who drove their Triumph today?

Out and about in the 3 on this nice sunny day cruising the back woods of Connecticut!

I love your new icon!

just the right size for a LBC /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/england.gif

Where was that pic taken?

Thanks! I stole it from some unsuspecting Sky owner. Now if only I could figure out how to resize photos without distortion. Seems to take me three or four tries.

Sorry missed the second question. Long shortcut to 188 in Oxford off 67 - Governors Hill Road to 188 to Great Hill Road.

Drove it to and from the used book store. About a 5 mile trip. Just because. The clouds were coming in for Saturday afternoon, so I just made it before the sprinkles.

Nice pics of the ride, Harry.

And I see you've got the mirrors in the "right" place!

For those of you wondering what the Fall Colors in Colorado are like this weekend... and I know you are! These photos are from yesterday (September 30th).

Well, there were a bunch of us at the Cape this weekend. The weather Saturday was great and Sunday was cloudy, but the rain held off until after the show.

Here's the link. The Cape Cod British Car Club website will have a lot more posted after the webmaster gets the photos in from everyone.

All I can say is wow -- those are amazing shots.

I drove Greenie again today. The weather is just perfect again here in DC, so I couldn't resist.

Took out my TR4 yesterday after just completing a complete rebuild of the front suspension. WOW, what a difference poly makes. It was a very nice 75 degrees and sunny out which made the test run even more enjoyable.

I drove mine today in Northern Virginia. I have to get the fuel in my gas tank a little lower so I can fix my Fuel sending unit float... Harry_Ward, I think you have an awesome avitar!

Got out with the better half in the 4A for almost 5 hours Sat. Fantastic weather here that day .
Please sir.... may I have some more please?

Went to the San Diego British Car day.
I saw more TRs in one day than all the rest of my very long
life.
It was about a 50 mile drive to Fallbrook (where the British Car Day was held).
I did not see LBC broke down on the way there or on the way home!!!!

PS
how do you post pictures in the content of your posts, without making them a attachment?

Wife and I drove TR4 to our cabin near Red Lodge on Saturday. Sunday we made a 190 mile round trip into Yellowstone Park. Route took us over 11,000' Beartooth Pass. Beautiful trip, all with the top down, twas a little chilly over the pass, nice in the park.

Excellent picture, Harry, I just may "borrow" that for my screensaver!

MADRIVER started something here with this post. I can hardly wait to get my TR6 on the road with me. It will be like an old reunion when it becomes a daily driver again. Lets see, gotta have a hard top (lots of rain in LA), new tires, reinstall the dash support amd a 550 mile trip. Sounds simple!
