It is quite possible to use the carbs, though I think the benefit will be limited without other modifications to take advantage of the increase in breathing capability, i.e. porting the head and a better flowing exhaust.
You will also need a different linkage, of course.
The big issue is whether they are set up for a stock Healey or a modified car. The carbs are adjustable or tuneable by changing various components to suit a wide variety of applications, and some trial and error is needed to choose the best settings.
Apart from the main chokes, (the tubes the air goes through) the following parts may need to be changed:
Main jet, air correcvtion jet, emulsion tube, pump jet, idle jet, and auxiliary vent.
Since they are twin choke carbs you will need 2 of some of these items for each of 3 carbs, so it could get costly if you have to make several changes.
