Just finished bleeding my brakes on my TR6 using my latest invention, Old Master cylinder brake cap, drilled a hole in it and pulled a car tire valve stem thru it, screwed the lid on the MC added about 2 psi air pressure then open each bleeder valve and Wala, the system is blead, just have to keep adding fluid and pressure but now its a lot easier

noI didnt get that sofisticated, I just wanted to apply a small amount of pressure, open one bleeder valve, watch for air close bleeder, top off the MC, add pressure and go to the next one, so for me it worked well and since I do it once a year at most it worked as I hoped it would, and fyi the front MC section is for the rear brakes, the rear and larger section is for the front brakes

Used to do that back in the day, so I agree that it is nice and easy.

Have done a similar version with the XKE. It has 2 brake reservoirs that unfortunately are made of plastic and the caps have float level sensors attached. A tip from another forum was to cut a bicycle inner tube on the opposite side from the valve. Put one end over each reservoir opening and lightly clamp it with jubilee clamp. Attach air compressor to tube valve and apply just enough pressure to get good inflation. Turn off compressor and the tube valve will maintain pressure. Open bleeder. When tube starts to deflate top up pressure.

That is clever.

each time you have to take the cap off and fill up the resevior then put the cap back on , actually a bicycle pump would work to pressuerize the resevior
