The Arborvitae came out with quite the fight. It beat me up, but it is complete. The power people were here but are not complete.....suprised, NOT! So when the pad is installed I will update. Happy Thankgiving to All!
Due to warmer than normal December temperatures the footing are dug, contractor says concrete should be poured tomorrow. So also had Santa leave me a nice tool box! Got a little rearranging to do:
Concrete is down and covered! Not sure how level it is because of all the intermittent rain that was going on yesterday! But temps should allow for good curing on the concrete! Time will tell
Wall framing has been happening. The concrete guys are coming back to button up and haul off debris tomorrow. I am getting an idea of how tight it will be but more space is good. So next is to figure out a tight format, small footprint 4 post lift. That way I can get the 60 Tr3 on top and the 57 underneath. Pictures to follow.....for now I keep writing checks....and hoping my lotto ticket comes in.....
Almost I need to figure out the electrical portion for adding a sub panel then get the final inspection! But it is feeling great so far. I am told the garage door may make it this week!
So latest news is I got the electrical drawing figured out, pricing being handled by a friend and new garage roll up doors are scheduled for install this coming Friday! Then the space will be secure and I can start making measurements!!!
New doors are in, rough in electrical inspection tomorrow....100 amp sub panel, 220 plug , 7 other outlets, 1 switched light, 3 switched plugs and left over room if I need to add a mini split heat pump later...... I am feeling it
