Small Victories.....for Mac

Guy,
Well there has been a lot of thought on some of the design, scissor rafter joists for more ceiling space, hopefully I can fit in a lift. 12 feet of bench space. The most important thing to me is getting the shell in tact so I can reunite all the car parts in one location.
Oh and a sub electrical panel for plenty of power requirements. The most important thing is to get it in place with the HOA blessing.

Well I have estimates and money sent in to reroute power lines....have to pull a permit and sign a contract......hello garage and then reunite all the triumph bits in one location......:encouragement:

Nice!

Almost finished sanding back to 600 grit. Just waiting for the weather to improve and I'm good to go. I need it to get quite a bit warmer out. I would prefer to have something over 75 F but we have had most days around the 65-70 mark as of late with lots of rain and high humidity.

Cheers

The cloud is finally lifting I have achieved county approval for my garage addition. Building permit in hand! WOOHOO
So two more steps to go which is relocating the gas and power lines as they run under the new slab space. Once that is done I have a contractor ready to put up the structure....interior finishing will be on me.
Then picking up all the car parts and reuniting them all in one place.

Yep. I'm looking forward to it too.

Cheers

The absolute maximum dimension of mine is 14' 2.5" x 9' 3". The length is pretty much all that but the width in use leaves a couple of feet of space alongside the ramps, between the posts.

When I was planning mine I drew the garage in 1/43 scale, made a template of the lift footprint and used my 1/43 Triumphs to get a feel for space.

:nightmare:Glad the picture of Geo's unit is going to be private.

New space will be located here after I cut down this big bush, errrrg
