It passed! My heaterless car is now legal in Pennsylvania. I'm pretty happy about it.

You poor guys !!!! All it takes here is $5 and they fill it out before they even look at the car !!!!
Emmisions-Smissions.....if the car runs good enough to get there, it PASSES !!!!
They have cracked down a bit......now they actually have to walk outside!
Nobody touches my cars either....
($5 is the cost of the sticker, not a bribe)
Like I said before, if you can get past the culture shock, it's not a bad place to live.

I don't want to use derogatory language so I only give reference to what other people are doing. Statements like

belong in the past and certainly not in a forum where people are trying to find information about getting their cars working properly.
Don't even get me started on the safety aspect of inspection stations. Just remember that there is a reason for the inspections, and to take them lightly could not only mean your own life, but the lives of completely innocent people nearby.
