Guys - some credit where due. I've used Peter for a BGT (since sold on) and the TR4. The TR6 I'm focused on now also needed new rear dampers, and based on the great experience I had previously I ordered a set of replacement dampers from him in <span style="font-weight: bold">July</span>.
I received the damper set about a week later and then they sat there until last Saturday when I finally got around to opening up the box and realized that they went a set of TR4 dampers.
Now - to be perfectly honest - it is entirely possible that I messed up and asked for the TR4 rather than TR6 dampers I needed. And in any case, it's been like 1/2 a year now since I ordered them. I packed them up, put a note in explaining what I needed, and shipped them back.
Fast forward to Thursday - Peter calls and is honestly concerned that this happen and sincerely apologizes for the goof (even though it well could have been my error) and prompts ships the correct ones out to me. He even asked why I waited to request the new ones until I returned the TR4 set. He would have shipped the new ones before receiving the old ones back (I wanted to get them back first before asking for the correct set to be sent - kind of seemed fair).
I'm a customer for life now - and while I was really happy with them before I'm just thrilled we have Peter and company as a resource.
If you have never worked with them before please keep them on speed dial if you ever need dampers. They are a super resource for us and deserve our support!
