Love this kind of creativity, engineering, design and execution. Can't wait to see the progress whether fast or slow....! Thanks for sharing the journey!

Rear sub assembly tacked and ready for welding on the Frogette.

Rear half of the Frogette is really starting to take shape. Should be a fun week on this blitz of fabrication.

So cool! I'm amazed how fast this is progressing. Keep the pics coming!

This is one of us five years later add thousands and thousands of $ of scrap metal. It's all in the ability, Experience, and the tools, and having BTDT before. Go, Go, Go!

I'm afraid I'm with Steve on ruining a darn good body. I'd sure be trying to talk the client into a fiberglass cover over your completely constructed car. I would also like to see a true accounting of the cost of the build.

Having said that I am trained in mechanical engineering and have done all types of welding and general fabrication. This is beautiful work and quite interesting to me so keep it up!! I only wish I had access to the tooling necessary for this build!!

We are very fortunate to be in the position to do a build like this. We're moving fast now, but things will be starting to slow down after the chassis is complete. A little bit of Saturday progress:

With the amount of fab time and effort and money you guys are tossing into it the body could be a one of one rare special car body made by jesus himself... He'd still approve of what you are doing with it.

Similar chassis of this design like ULTRA4's utilizing the LS power plant for a turn key vehicles cost around 45-50k. Base on customers and fabricators agreement of fit and finish of material, body, interior and exterior could add an additional 10K. Cot pit leg room will be very narrow due to larger LS bellhousing. Unless bonnet is modified the heat from the LS will be enormous inside cot pit, even the little 4 cylinder can get quite hot. What ever the client has in mind of the use of this vehicle, I assure you that he has more than he will be able to handle! Engineering and fabrication work is outstanding!!

This is true, though Jesus tends towards vehicles that seat 12+

amazing! Both the quality of the build and the fact that, sitting there, it looks like it could be a go cart!
