TR2/3/3A Dip switch wire placement

Afternoon All:
Back to working on the TR. It is a 1960 post 60000 3A. I am installing the dip switch but have a question about the wiring. I have four spade terminals on the dip switch: one which is a double terminal marked as a 1. One in the middle which is marked as an F and a single which is marked as a 2. For a total of 4 terminals This is a Lucas switch.
The harness has four wires: 1 - solid blue, 1 - blue and white, 2 - blue and white, 2 - red and white. For a total of four wires. They are all spade terminals. Any thoughts and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

That all sounds about right. My car is a pre-ts6000, but there should be little difference with the dipper. -Although the dipper switch may be completely different as there are a few different types. If I were you, I'd take an ohm-meter and check the lugs of the dipper, just to be sure. I assume the one marked F is the one of mine marked 3. The 'center' terminal will allow an electrical connection to either of the other lugs, and pressing the switch causes it to make electrical connection to the other lug. The blue wire goes on the center lug (I am assuming F), it is the power for the headlights from the dash switch. The red/white are low beams, and the blue/white are high beams/hi beam indicator. It doesn't matter which lug the lo/hi wires get attached as long as they stay together. It seems the 2 blu/white and 1 blu/white would go on the double lug(1), since the single goes up to the indicator, while the double goes to the right/left headlamps. The 2 red/white would go on the single lug(2).

Still, I'd verify the "center" is the one marked "F".

Something wrong with those color codes; perhaps something is mixed up? Red/white should be the output from the panel light dimmer, not the headlight dip switch. The low beam output from the headlight dip switch should be blue/red. (high beam is blue/white)
