Chrome or painted wheels

G’day aero3113,
those wheels are the right colour but obviously not original Sebring wheels. They will certainly fit on one, though.
I have a spare spiral bevel rear axle. If I advertise it for sale, maybe I should describe it as a 100S axle!
Cheers,
Alwyn

My 58 100/6 has 165/60/R15 on a 15 Inch Chrome 48 spoke wheel
The car sits low and I'm about to upgrade to an 8 leaf spring
However I'd like a wider tyre
I've seen some 72 spokes painted wheels with 185 / 70 fitted from a later car
Will they fit?

My BJ8 has 6" wide Dayton 72-spoke chrome wheels fitted with Vredestein 185/70R-15 tyres (they're about all you can get for a reasonable price in that size, at least on this side of the pond). The only issue is the rears can very slightly rub against the bolt heads for the rebound box when I corner very hard. My BN2 has the original, painted 48-spoke wheels fitted with 165/80*R-15 Nexens (I think they're 80s):

I would suggest 60 spoke chrome wheels for a 100
