Hello all,
Here's a post you don't see very often, and I'm very happy to say I'm posting it!
First the lie....
I'm done, I've finished restoring my car!
Are we ever...done?
This was my first and most likely last, restoration. I've learned a lot about my car. I learned a lot about patience. I learned that very few can pull off a restoration alone. Well, maybe Keoke.
The shop manual and restoration guide helped me understand how the car was made. However it was with the support and help of everyone here that made my restoration the wonderful journey it turned out to be.
Most of us know who the regulars are, the key players here.... to them, a very special thank you.
It's a nice feeling, driving your car and not having a to do list in the back of your mind.
It's also a nice feeling, to share the wonderful joy of driving your Healey, with other Healey owners.
To Basil, Thank You!
For it's because of you and your site and all the wonderful people here, that I am now enjoying my Healey.
Cheers all,
Roger
