Roger that. I'm on FF 3.0... I've been meaning to do the 3.5 upgrade but with all the traveling I've done over the last few months I haven't yet. Will now.

Bah! FF 3.5.6, on WinXP-MCE, same thing. Downloads a 0kb file. I'll just restart into Linux, I know it will work there.

ok... I'm on Linux Mint 5 LTS with FF 3.5, on a different computer, and its doing the exact same thing. Downloads a 0kb file.

Well, now it doesn't work for me either; with either FF or IE. But at least IE returns an error, saying the site can't be found.

With the roof plug rear adjustments, I think the lines are better.
Rear side plugs are blended in to rear of new line of roof.
Due to some awkward spanner head wanting the shape to go under.......Multi mold time.
The key piece, I reckon is the top area, so, have to section off, as I did with roof mold, and going to start there.
After these molds are taken, its time to strip all paint, chassis/shell, seam weld chassis, lay up Carbon Fiber, get everything in primer etc, etc.
Have to re set up mold for bonnet.
(Clear plastic tube, and red wine, make great level.....

Hoping to see the Scarlet lady, in Ali Babas new Temple robes, maybe relatively soon.....
oh, and CF switch panel, one layer.
Lifes good.

The CF seat has been stared by first taking a plaster cast from back.
Plaster cast then, measured and cut in half, vertically.
One side has been cut into segments. I can transfer lines onto strips of ply, and mount into wooden frame.
I'm allowing approx' 5mm extra all round.
A piece of wood cut to follow "spine" line, is fixed to provide attaching points for ply strips etc.
Once strips are all in place, gaps filled, I should have a convex representation.
I can then lay up one thin layer of Gelcoat & around two layers of Fiberglass, to have a FG plug.

Looking at various seats, the strengthening shaping at rear looks similar in a whole range.
I'd like to go somewhere and chuck one round for a while.
The two that have caught my eye are these:

I cut the strips where I judged the lines to be reasonably flat, compared to rest.
More ribs at base, eight per side.
Light spray color to mark casting section to ply. Stanley for final line.
Cast half of spine line, from plaster.
Ribs screwed to each other for most working.

A base casting was taken while I was sat in Spit, but isn't really adequate. As the floor is going (Shouldn't every lady have a little black dress ?) and maybe there's some MM's to grab, figure, it'll have to be re done.

I keep getting flashes of yellow/ Kevlar, maybe piping, spine line, or such.
Any interesting seat designs that have caught anyone's eye, please post.
Many thanks.
