One of the benefits of living on the highway is that people see me sitting under my car and occasionally stop to gawk or talk.
Today a man stopped and told me that he has a nearly new header from a 1971 MG Midget he owned many moons ago. He then went on to say that he has a Weber side draft 45.
I'm obviously interested in purchasing both items for the right price, but I'm curious if the Weber 45 is OK to use on the 1098. I guess I don't know a thing about them other than the reputation for increased fuel mixture delivery = more power.
Every catalog and website says to use the Weber DCOE 40 on the 1098 engines.
