I know myself, and I will NOT be lying under the car every day or two, bolting and unbolting a U-joint.
I also will not tow a dolly or trailer.
Anyone heard of an oiler system that provides circulation when towing? Somebody
(much smarter than me) MUST be able to invent a way to flat-tow these!
I am presently considering cutting the driveshaft, welding up a 'receiver sleeve' on one side so that
I can retract the shaft with a handle through the floor. A grade 8 bolt would secure the two
parts together when I want to drive.
Seems that would work... for low speed chases anyway.
