I think not.
For sure you can't if the transmission and engine are out together.
If the transmission is still in the car, I think <think> that pumping the pedal will force the end out of the slave cylinder. Obviously you can hold the plunger in place, but, I think it will be a PITA to then get it "unattached" and inserted into the bell housing.
It is not that hard to bleed a 1500 - but it is awkward because the clutch hose curves higher than the Master Cylinder. Last time I did mine I had my wife pour brake fluid through while I used the mityvac from under the car. Most times however, I undo the Master, hold it higher than the hose and just pump it up by hand (I wear gloves and put a screwdriver through the hole in the piston. Takes minutes and you're good to go.
