Yes, it would be a Renown or 2000. Mayflowers actually were similar size, but only two doors and much, much shorter. (For those who remember such, a good analogy is AMC Hornet to AMC Gremlin...and to some, the question of style is parallel!)
Renowns used the Vanguard 2088cc engine, which was the basis for the TR engine. Mayflowers, though, used a 1247cc side-valve engine of essentially prewar Standard derivation.
Too bad this isn't one of the 189 Renown Limousines; those are truly rare and incredibly elegant!
