The Project: A "before" shot of the car.

Front valence was so beat up and full of "mud" (someone apparently used at least a QUART of bondo!) it weighed a ton. Solution was to grind off all filler, hammer it back into close to smooth, acid etched front and back, fiberglassed the missing bits where it met the body, used "PanelBond" epoxy to glue a contoured 1/4" steel rod to the bottom edge for rigidity. Primered with epoxy, filled the few "rumples" left and shot it with top coat. Looks brand new now /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
