The LBC bug strikes again...

I'll put that on when I get new seatcovers.

You DO know St. George is the Alfa logo character, right?

"Garter Day" in England, all that?

I read something about it online a few months ago. Refresh me - hehehehe.

1750's England adopted St. George, Alfa logo represents St. George... all "of-a-piece" as far as I'm concerned.

lol... Oh, and Tony... I have all the pics - you can dump 'em whenever you want to. Thanks again!

I'll pull 'em tonight...

Also, Tony...

If I was planning on abandoning the MGB, I'da offered her as a trade - hehehehe. I just plunked down $250 in new parts for her. I want to get her up to spec - hasn't ever been there yet. No ignoring my cars... If I do, they let loose with something expensive to fix /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

So do mine - Alfa's off my site!

Hey Kenny! Great Alfa!!!!! Had a 1981 Spyder and it was the best long distance car ever. It had superb road manners and nary a bump transmitted to the old posterior. The best time was driving at midnight down a deserted beach road in Corpus Christi, Texas, flat out and then-girl friend screaming her lungs out with excitment at the 100 mph wind blowing through the cockpit. Yer gotta love it!!!

Yep... On the 170 mile all-interstate-drive home, I got the distinct feeling that the alfa likes long trips at high speed - hehehehe /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

It seems to me that if Kenny is going to keep this alpha he should cut his posts in half. After all it only seems fair.

We'll just have to move it over to the "other cars" area.

And post TWICE as much. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif

Done... hehehehe.

Yeah. He lives in Birmingham Alabama too. What a nutzo project! V-8 swap the hard way. But he's going to have an interesting car when he's done - that's fer sure! He's only been at that project for a few months too.
