TR2/3/3A Sending out SU's for throttle shaft rebushing........

Karl--- steveg suggest Tom Bryant did work and I believe Tom Bryant posted a couple posts on the thread SU running rich; the thread I posted and you were there too - these guys know plenty, I can tell by the way they communicate Plus it looks like Tom Bryant re-bushes Carbs. I would definably look into that!

Why would you do this when there is a great DIY fix. The wear on the shafts can be repaired
with metal bonding epoxy and sanded back to proper fit. With synthetic grease lasts for decades

Sounds good.Where can I find out more about that process? How could you sand the shaft to a consistent roundness?
