O, I stayed home sick to day. Give me a break.
I had to work sadly all weekend. Saturday I was at my first job ALL day for inventory "running the dairy cooler"
Then I worked all day Sunday at my job 70 miles from home "aka the fun better paying one"

Jaybird, if you've got the Bentley manual there's a section in it to describe the proceedure fairly well.

And it DOES have 11 brass "rollers".... WOOHOO!! Th' ol' mind is workin' like a steel trap!

Edit: Section D.3 in the Robert Bentley book... and I had to look that up /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Bigest trick when rebuilding fuel pump, for me at least, is setting the diaphragm again.

Seems the guys last night (at guys night at the garage) convinced (I don't know chit) Chuck to DITCH that fuel pump AND regulator.

Love him to death but sometimes I just want to strangle him. And sometimes I'm certain there's not a court in the country that would convict me.

I bought some rubber hose last evening and ran it from those brass things by the dashpots and to the charcoal canister over by the washer fluid thing. No more spurting gas.

Why not just re-route them back to the gas tank. That way you would improve your Miles per Gallon.
