Paint color for Penny?

Looking for some ideas. My original intention was to repaint Penny in her original Old English White color -- and that's likely what I'll do. Still, this is my last chance to change my mind, so I'd love an thoughts/ideas/pictures for other options.

Other colors I've considered are Iris Blue and some shade of British Racing Green. No interest in any reds.

Thoughts, pictures?

White is my choice (we have 4 white cars). Easiest to keep looking clean.

Second choice would be Speedwell Blue:

OEW here or speedwell blue also - please no more green (or red) (Nothing wrong with either BTW but, it's been done a lot)

deleted - duplicate

OEW looks great on a BE, very classy looking.

What was the original color? My choice would be OEW with red interior...beautiful combination! I've moved from red to the original Iris Blue and my heart was set on red when I bought the car.

On most car's the painting is much easier if you don't change color's. No need to do a good job on the door sill's or under the bonnet. Beside's I like old english white! [ I like green as well but don't like the way it blends in to the surroundings!]

Penny's a bare shell at this point, so this is the time to try a color change if I want to do one. According to the Heritage Certificate (which I need to confirm with them, as I have had errors before) her original colors were Old English White with red interior. That's still the likely plan, just want to make sure before we order paint.

White with red, black with red, BRG with black - my favorites.

I don't think you can go wrong with painting it original colors, especially where white over red is a nice color combo. Although black over red was not an original color (except on the bugeye sales brochure) I think that would be a nice color combo as well. I'm not sure how much changing to a non-original color would effect future resale values, but if you were building a concours car, I would think it would have some effect.
