Jack the car looks good from the photo. Do you have the chrome for the back window? The red wheels are a bit loud, but what the heck? Why not?! Maybe some black paint sprayed on the right areas of those wheels would spruce them up!

Thx Dennis..its a 71. We were going to convert to wires...have all the stuff from some parted out cars...may do it eventually. Jason...whats up buddy?? Yes we have the chrome for the rear window...but we're both old and running out of fingers:smile: We'll probaly do that later this week if it isn't snowing...ugh. Yeah..the wheels are a bit loud...I'd have gone silver but its his car and choice. He had them blasted and powder coated at place in Roswell..glad he wasn't abducted by aliens on the way down and back..or by crazed freight haulers:smile:...anyhow...cost about $320 for all five wheels.

320 for 5 wheels? Are you joking? Next time you need some PC work done, call me. I do it in my garage at less than HALF that price!

DOC!!!

Sssshh.... We wanna keep him going actively as long as he can. He, like the rest of us old timers, has got pain, the better he learns to lessen the pain and adapt to what he has, the longer we get to enjoy and appreciate his posts..

Mele kalikimaka!

And for you in New Mexico, Feliz Navidad.

I have red wires on my '69 convertible, about the same colors too, but the body is a dirty white. I'm not sure about red rostyles on a red car but its nice to see something different.
