Good for you, nice to have it finished I bet. I've got you beat though-I've been working on my 4A since 1997 and have bought and sold several cars along the way.

I only wish mine would turn out that nice. Beautiful. Hope it's not too nice to drive it.

I believe it is your wheel once it left here....it looks great on the car....a lot better location than hanging in my garage. I am glad it helped to get you past your 11 year deadline.....hope that mine doesn't take quite that long. :winner1:

I can only hope mine comes out nearly as nice as yours. I'm just over six years in mine and now I'm thinking of starting over. I hope your quality of work rubs off on me because I do have one of your parts on the car. I would love to get some close-up engine detail shots, and I'm sure others would also. Fantastic is all I can say.

Gorgeous! But then I've always loved Silverstone Grey.

Question: are those Lucas PL700 headlamps? If so, are they considered correct optional fitment? I ask only because I'm so used to seeing period photos of TR2, TR3 and even early TR4 with the P700 headlamps!

I too love the color and makes me wonder if I should go back with the original Silverstone Grey versus Powder Blue although according to the BMIHT certificate my interior was Silverstone Grey as well so I wonder how that would look.

A couple of the windshield stanchion screws' slots were oriented incorrectly. :devilgrin:

Larry: Now I understand the comment re Buckeyes. You should be aware that most of the founding members of TRA are/were from Ohio. So, there were lots of Ohioans at the meet last week. At least three members mentioned the OSU color scheme! :yesnod:
