Don,

Another conspiracy, no doubt. They want you to think that it's Alda, but I'm betting it's really BobbyD.

We know it's not me or Stuart, so it must be BobbyD.

Haven't you ever seen some the pictures he's posted of me? Quite funny actually.

I just saw this and decided that I had an opening with the Hemmings story.

My turn to draw first blood for a change.

Re: Is this really the "young" BobbyD???

OK, here's a little walk down memory lane. The British By The Sea show in CT at Harkness State Park. Run by the CT MG Club. Only show that I've ever been in and won something and never got an acknowledgment/prize from the show operators. What did I say? Run by an MG Club?? Hmmmmmmm

Anyhow, here is a picture of Al and Bob. They (well Al anyhow) is admiring Alan's (from 6-Pack) TR6 PI. Bob has another kind, you know. It's all in the Hemmings article. Bob could really care less about Alan's car, he has vengeance on his mind.

Notice Al is still smirking about the chip he put in Bob's door?

Bob is very intense, trying to figure out how to make Al drop his very expensive (unprotected) 35MM camera on the asphalt just ahead to pay him back for the chip in the door.

The plot thickens.............

There were actually several. A BRG with wire wheels won first place (no surprise there), but he deserved it. Great car, totally stock. My not so stock took second place.

They had us grouped by color until about 50 TR6's showed up and it got too chaotic.

First pic...........See Bobby smiling and notice that Al is missing his camera???

The second picture is Al running after the guy that Bobby gave his camera to.

The third pic is the guy way down the row with Al's camera. Al hasn't arrived to claim it yet.

For crying out loud Dale, look at the pictures above closely. That was Bob 35 years ago, not last week.

We all had hair then, you know.

Dale,

That picture above was taken this past summer and there isn't much hair under any of the three ball caps shown there.
