I used the Gunson's to tune the Strombergs on my 'new' TR6. I thought it seemed rich and that's what the Gunson's said. I leaned it out to blue and went up to try to get the car registered. Here in Delaware I have to pass an idle emissions test. I just got back from DMV where I passed the emissions test. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/driving.gif
Well, there's basically only two types available. The common narrow band that's in most of the cars since they started using them, and the wide band. The wide band uses a 0-5VDC signal and is very accurate, and also very expensive. The more common narrow band sends a 0-1VDC signal. They all send the same signal. It's just a matter of it's a one wire heated by the exhaust, or a four wire that has it's own heating element. I'll be using one of those because I'm putting on a header, and the sensor will be too far downstream to use a one wire. A Bosch generic heated O2 sensor can be had for about $30.
All the other differences in O2 sensors is the length of wires and the plugs that will mate them up to what's in your car. Other then that, they are all mostly all the same.
