I'm in the process of changing my oil on my BJ-7 and I have a bottle of Topco to add. I forget what kind of oil and weight I used last time. Suggestions?

I am using the VR1 20w50 as you suggested to me. I noticed my oil pressure at idle now reading around 50~60 lb. I see you list 40, 50 or 60 depending on wear. Is 40 for more or less wear?---Less wear.
If at 50-60 lb, what weight is recommended?---For a low engine temperature idiling pressure in this range the 50 weight should be adequate.---Keoke
