I believe I have a '62 Healey BJ7, block casting number AEC881.

I need the big end specification for the connecting rods, casting number AEC790S

Thanks,

(PS for the webmaster, that stupid little man hasn't disappeared in the last two weeks! Probably because I have to use an older computer)

I can’t offer any help regarding the Healey info but I think the “little man” will vanish now that you made your first post. Welcome to the British Car Forum.
I’m sure another member of the Healey section will be along to offer you some help.

From the official manual pp 19 - 20:

Brooklands currently publishes cheaper version, 344 pgs:

Official British Leyland, 416 pgs (same as previous Bentley publication):

Thanks,
I didn't find a number that seemed correct in the manual, but I found the rod big end dimension. It is 2.1140-2.1145" (53.696-53.708 MM)
