well i decided to make my own rear trunk liner kit....450 plus shipping from vendors. i bought the panel board, naughahyde, and armacord materials, cut the patterns, glued etc for a total cost of 120 dollars. maybe not as nice as a bought kit but certainly good enough for my nasty boy! i also made the belt for the spare tire for 10 dollars versus 109 from vendor. pleased with the overall savings. i also bought a new shelf liner kit and spare tire cover and quarter panel wood kit. these are not in the above costs.

You inspired me to do my trunk. I purchased the kit from AH Spares ($148.59, excellent exchange rate right now.) which comes with the items in the first image. The other pictures are of of my car with the kit temporarily installed.

Duane - this looks like a terrific deal!
Tip: before final install, cut the plywood floor, under the armacord, at a 45 degree angle from the 5 o'clock position of the filler tube. That will enable you to remove the floor later on without removing the filler tube.

I really appreciate the tip! AH Spares fortunately made the board so the floor is removable without taking off the filler tube. I did need to modify the board so it fit around the fuel pickup and line.

Not upholstered, just embossed panel board. I'm planning on upholstering them as they were originally, before my final installation.

The originals were plain vinyl covered fiberboard. The Armacord was just on the trunk floor. The last picture of the primrose car was a restoration overseen by Concours expert Roger Moment.

Duane - thank you for the photos. In the future, I'll plan on covering mine. The textured cardboard mine are made of scuffs white very easily.
