Hello everyone,
My car is a 1974 MGB that's pretty much stock except for the 18GK engine. It's currently equipped with ROSstyle wheels that are probably original. However, they're rather rusty, especially on the inside, and that's causing some slow leak issues. It's time for a new set of tires...
13" x 4.5 painted wire wheels (knockoff style) to fit Austin Healey Sprite or Midget with nearly new Suretrac whitewall tires mounted and balanced.
All in great condition .... tires are 155x80rx13 and have more than 8/32nd depth tread. Will sell as a full set only! Located in Chula Vista CA near...
I saw a post here a while ago of a lovely Tr3 with some really nice hub cabs that I would to identify. I have the link to the pic (below) but I cant find the original post via search.
Can anyone help? I seem to recall the chromed center caps were ferenced as being from a TR6 maybe...
These all aluminum racing wheels were originally on an open wheel Lotus race car. When I bought them in the mid-late 90s, I put them on a Triumph TR8 that I used to autocross on weekends. The wheels are 13" in diameter, have a 3.75" x 4 bolt pattern and I have enough pieces to make 6 wheels of...
with the slow disappearance of tires, especially high performance tires, for the TR4, I am looking at 16" wheels. I know you can put them on a TR6; does anyone have experience doing that on an early TR4?
72 TR6, highly modified. tires are getting worn, found a cracked wheel over the weekend; i think its time to upgrade.
we want 16" wheels and something close to 215/60R16 tires. (currently we have stock TR6 wheels and 215/60R15). i've looked at the charts and done some calculations; the one...
I have 4 original wheels in excellent condition with center caps, trim rings and Michelin Red Line tires with 75% tread on my 75 TR6 and an thinking about selling them and putting on a set of 16" Konigs. What do you think? Originals with Red Lines or new Konigs with performance radials?
if...
I have ordered 72 Spoke 5" Dayton wheels
Now I'm working on the tyre size and I was thinking about 195/60/15 (As there are a lot more choices in that size), but Google is telling me that the widest I should go on a 5" is 185 - therefor 185/65/15
Does anyone have any advise here?
