I lucked out there - my wife leared in a Chevy SS 396 with a Hurst 4 speed on the floor!

I didn't teach my wife either...her Dad did when she was in High School. By the time I met her she was proficient on a manual transmission.

I taught mine. She drove a 65 Impala SS auto. We got maarried she wanted a Triumph GT6, learned in 10 minutes, drove the GT6 13 yrs to work.

A Kansas Highway Patrol officer taught my wife to drive and shoot when she was 16! I figured when she caught me, seeing life to me was pretty important, there was no need to try and run away! :devilgrin:
