Can we talk about Toilets?

Choose "Comfort Height" if an option. We have Kholer brand with this feature and it a welcomed change without the strain! Thick tile flooring require thicker toilet ring during install. Most double-up the wax ring, but this could result in failure for a once only application. Consider this new sealing product which eliminates "doubling up" and could be used multiple times. Fluidmaster seals can be found at most big box stores. > Fluidmaster Better Than Wax Universal Wax-Free Toilet Seal-7530P24 - The Home Depot <
If you can believe the UPS tracking, my Drake should be delivered today. I'll be stopping at Home Depot this morning to pick up one of these wax-free seals!

Get two! Always good to have a spare.

Really important on those seals to figure out how many parts of them you need

I ordered it on the 8th (two days ago) and it was just delivered! Woo hoo! Now the fun begins!

"MMC--2350hr. 10 NOV 2021"!!!!

It may not be epic, but it can certainly be a relief! :p

UPDATE: Now that I've had it in use for a couple of days, I must say I am amazed at the efficiency of this Toto Drake II. I'm used to our 30 year old Briggs that used probably 4-5 galons of water with every flush and made a lot of noise! This thing uses only 1.28 Gal. At first I thought "no way this is going to be able to flush anything more than liquids." But alas, it has been very efficient at flushing so far with a relatively small amount of water. The Toto "Tornado Flush" is amazing to watch. The flush seems to last just a second or two, then the tank fills up much more quietly and much faster than my old toilet.

Very glad I upgraded. Wish I'd done this long ago.

Glad thereโ€™s no skid marks :ROFLMAO:

Not so far!
My ex-boss used to work for American Standard. He was the one who โ€œenlightenedโ€ me about low-flush and skid marks. You wonโ€™t regret going with (on ;) ) Toto.

I saw this headline somewhere, that was in a newspaper.
"TOILETS STOLEN - POLICE HAVE NOTHING TO GO ON"

No, it was a hole in the fence at the nude beach. The police are looking into it.

I've had a look at the choices Toto has. For any of the offerings I'd want, we'd have to take out a loan, but don't want to make TWO installments at a time for the privvy-lege. Appears we'l be squattin' on a Kohler or American Standard throne. ๐Ÿ˜

My Toto was middle of the road price-wise. They had offerings that were way outta my price range! Kohler was a strong contender also
