Against the law to discharge a firearm in neighborhood.Shovel to smack it with?? I'd have figured that in the SW you'd be out there with an old Colt single action going after it just like in the old western movies...

So there I was sitting on the newly christened throne, when in comes the wife yelling about a rattlesnake being outside in the yard.
Sure enough, it was about a 4 foot rattlesnake right in between a couple of juniper trees. Before I could get a shovel to decapitate, he had disappeared into some nearby bushes. Will have leave him for another day.
I have a septic system and so far, no issues (knock on wood).Regarding low flow toilets... It seems we that have septic tamks have more trouble with the line backing up because there may not be enough water to shove the waste to the tank. I will say that installing the toilet turned out to be quite easy and painless. I spent most of the time taking out damaged bolts.
And I agree the Toto is a good brand, besides I really love Africa and Rosanna. Greast tunes.![]()
They should sell a toilet seat that play's Toto tunes when you sit down. And I agree the Toto is a good brand, besides I really love Africa and Rosanna. Greast tunes.
We also have, and I'm hesitant to admit this, a Blondell "washlet" (bidet) fitted to one of them.
Ours is not the most expensive model they make, but it wasn't exactly cheap either compared to many other brands and models we could have bought. Now that I have it, and see how much my water use has decreased since installation, I'm feeling like it was a pretty good investment in the long run. They make some REALLY expensive ones that open as you approach them
Ha! Even with your Village connection, you been citified, boy!Somehow the thought of sitting on a toilet, connected to a septic system, with rattlesnakes nearby ... makes me a bit nervous.
eek
If a snake could get in your septic system, there's a major flaw in the system.Somehow the thought of sitting on a toilet, connected to a septic system, with rattlesnakes nearby ... makes me a bit nervous.
