Jim, having a tig welder and making welds like that are two totally different things.
I have a tig welder and I practice a good bit, but I'm at least a few years away from getting even close to that around tubing. Straight lines are easier, but still hard.
I really like the simple way you've mounted it up to your chassis table. Printing those blocks for jigging is really clever, it's one of the best uses I've seen for a small fdm style printer. I print things a couple of times a week for other uses and I now have more uses, so thanks.
