TR5/TR250 TR-250 Seatbelt Questions Redux

Howdy all! I'd love to ask for some follow-up advice on the prior posts about fitting seatbelts to cars that didn't originally have them. I've got a set of Securon inertial reel shoulder belts. I have figured out where the base should go (through the floor next to the transmission tunnel), the top of the shoulder belt (using hole on the wheel arch that came with all 250s) and the reel itself (directly under the top of the shoulder belt, on the rear deck). The question becomes where does the outboard mounting for the lap belt go? I understand that cars that came with seatbelts had a bolt through the b-pillar. I'd rather not drill through my car there. Can I simply drill through the floor?

I can check tonight, but as I remember it may attach to the rear bulkhead, near the wheel arch.

I was wrong - Seat belt attaches at the "B" pillar, just in front of the wheel arch. See the attached pic.

And here is where it attaches on the other side - through the floor near the drive shaft tunnel (see attachment).
