I found it on some site talking about Scopitones which was some kind of wierd juke box with movie reels back in the 60's.
it is fuzzy as heck but it sure looks to me like the star of this film is a quartet of left hand drive TR5's.
Catchy tune too.
And where is this track they are driving on? Is this Monza? Pretty amazing banked wall.

So these kids are in France which would explain the left hand drive. Badge sure looks like the pictures I've seen of TR-5's. Gotta go dig out some books. They all have front-to rear stripes too.
