I need to remove some 10mm bolts that hold on the spring plates on my VW bug,
last time we did this was a disaster , ended up braking off 6 of the 8 bolts (4 per side)
Then I had to drill them out and tap......
Anyway this time I want to be smarter , its on another car ,
the bolts are at a 90 degree angle so I cannot just let oil sit and slowly do its job,
they are 10mm bolt size , and about 20mm or 3/4 inch of the threads are in the rear torsion bar housing ,
I can get to the back of a couple of them , but a couple are blocked in .....
I plan to use PB blaster .
any suggestions ?
thanks for your help
