Looking for TR6 caliper "brackets" for TR3A conver

I am in the process of installing TR6 brake calipers on a 1959 Triumph TR3A and I am in need of TR4 or TR6 brackets to mount these calipers.

Can anyone help?

Why not use the Toyota brakes Calipers?

I believe the TR5/250 is the first TR with a booster.

Well, the later setup is certainly lighter - in my mind from a weight standpoint it would be an improvement.

Well, then that would be a plus.
Anybody know the weight difference between the Toyo caliper and the TR6 one?

No, but I know the rotor is smaller diameter, which to my mind makes the brakes inferior. Larger rotor means more swept area, which means better cooling. The larger rotor should also reduce pedal pressure required (all other things being equal, which they aren't). TR3s never had a booster, because they didn't need one!

My TR3A has 11" rotors -- how does that compare to other choices?

I bet if you checked the vintage racers out there few run those big caliper setups but instead aim for lower unsprung weight with the TR6 style setup. The early rotors were 11", the later TR6 style 10.75". Again, I'm staying with the early ones on my 3A just because I have a good set, but if I didn't have a set I wouldn't hesitate to put on the later versions.

Could be, but my guess would be that if the rules allow that kind of modification, they would be running Wilwood alloy calipers and the biggest Brembo drilled rotor they could get inside the wheel. Overheated brakes are a persistent problem on the race track.

Seems to me it was "Mad Marx" (who posts video links on here from time to time), who was talking about commissioning some higher temperature dust seals, because he routines cooks the stock ones.
