Inner sill panels

Moss wants about $33 for an inner still panel. VB wants about $20. Why that much difference?

Being a Moss distributor for more than 30 years I have learned that Moss and VB will sometimes pool their resources in order to have a part reproduce where by making the part available to the British car owners. But in this circumstance you may be dealing with two manufactures, one being in the UK and one being in Asia. Or you may be dealing with old inventory that has been price at an old currency exchange rate, hard to say. I would guess you could call VB which is a nightmare to get any direct answers, however what I do know is that you can and will get a direct and assured answer from Moss of what country of origin that the product was produce in if that is one of your concerns. Or if they are both made in the same country and by the same manufacture you may be dealing with the VB bate and switch scheme on the shipping rates, check on that issue as well! The last thing is that Moss wants a higher gross profit than VB. Most important is which one fit the car the best!!

VB has no product knowledge when you talk to them. I have bought body panels from them (not sills though) and they were all made in the UK. Generally though i find that some things are more expensive with moss and others with VB. Not sure why but that's theynway of the world for many things i suppose.
