Bugeye Oil Pressure Gauge

Can someone help with my oil line fittings? Have searched previous posts and cannot find what I am looking for. I have a 1/8 steel line with a brass fitting on one end and some sort of ferrule on the other. The brass fitting end seems to match up nicely with the gauge (with a washer in between?)and the ferrule end seems to fit into the concave end of the engine block fitting. However, Moss notes that the brass fitting and nut go on the engine end of the line.

Which end of the fitting goes into the block, flat side or concave side with short threads? Which way does the pipe go? Seems that in either event I am missing two nuts and at least one washer. What do they look like and where can I get them?

I know that the hard line should be coiled to reduce vibration and that a piece of flex may be necessary.

There is no coil in the oil pipe, and the small end is where the flexible rubber hose goes.
It's about 8" long, then on the engine is a small 90 degree (or so) nipple with a bulge for the hose and a fitting for the block. There should be a 3/8 x 24 thread nipple coming out of the block where the 90 screws to.

I have a 1275 installed and there is no threaded nipple but there is a spot for a male thread to be screwed in to at about 5 o'clock down from where the oil supply line is. Maybe I have the wrong fitting (think came from VB and listed as "union oil pressure valve"

Here is what I have.

I found what I think is correct at AHSpares. 3 pieces, engine fitting metal to flex, flex, flex to metal gauge.

Thanks Ray. What I have is one end, I think the gauge end that the PO had straightened. I think the pieces I have ordered should allow me to install as your pics illustrate.
