I do that every day-it's the quickest way from work to the subway. Off the roof, down Hubbard, hook a left at the Nordstrom's, up Grand, mind the crosswind coming in off Lake Michigan, and pull the ripcord, gently floating down to land on the sidewalk in front of the stairwell leading to the Red Line stop. If I'm feeling it, I'll hook a left, across the river, under the el tracks, and to the Lake Street stop.
Anyone buying this?
Anyway, I'd totally do that. But I wonder, how does one learn to fly a wing suit? I mean, what, do you do training glides over water or something?
