I went and took a look at this 1969 B-GT in person a few days agohttps://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31857&item=24 72448651&rd=1
There were some issues with it, so I put it out of my mind. Now, the seller didn't meet their reserve so I'm reconsidering the car. I think I can get it for around $2500... My question is, is it worth it?
The floors will need to be replaced, rockers have slight bubbling, engine is in need of attention (rough idle, no record of recent maintenance) and the rear leaf springs are shot. With these issues, and many others likely, should I keep looking?
Thanks for the help
p.s. - It does, on the bright side, have no current electrical gremlins, new exhaust, decent interior (besides door panels and seats), and decent chrome (bumpers replaced).
