In case anybody's curious, I came across 2 bolts I got from a parts car (TS3100L) around 1990. They were in the aeroscreen mounting holes, chrome with chrome washer. Did the factory put them in all cars with mounting plates just to fill the holes?
It has fine threads same as the 1/2" bolt for the hardtop, shown for comparison. However, the head on the aeroscreen mount is smaller, fitting a 7/16" wrench. Total length is 1.15". Top part .275"; .2" hex with a .075 'dome'. The washer is 5/8" across and .075" thick with a slight bevel on the outer edge about .070 wide.
